2017 Winter Classes at Hooked

Hello knitting friends!  Happy New Year!
It was a great 2016 for me, teaching-wise, and I got to meet new friends when I started teaching at Hooked.  It has been a wonderful experience and I have loved every minute of it.
I am starting 2017 running so here are some of the classes I am offering for the winter season:

Materials: The Rye sock pattern (which is free on Ravelry) ,150 to 350 yards of a worsted or Aran weight yarn. Size 3 and 5, 32in or 40 inch circulars or size 3 and 5 DPNs, (or size needed to obtain gauge), and stitch markers.

*Please bring a packed lunch to enjoy during the break.

Washcloth of the Month
Every 3rd Sunday of the month, beginning January 15, 2017, 1:30 to 3:00 pm. Class Fee: $20.00
This popular class is back!  This time around, I'll be offering two patterns to choose from during each class: a basic washcloth pattern offered in 2016 (if you are new to the class), or an advanced one if you took this class last year.

If you're new to this class, you'll start off with the Boxy Dishcloth by Michelle Krause.  An easy and functional waffle stitch washcloth with an attractive slipped stitch edge.

If you took this class previously, your pattern will be the Linen Stitch Washcloth by very pink.

Materials: Pattern (free Ravelry downloads); Your choice cotton or linen yarn (approximately 100 yards for 1 washcloth); knitting needles to attain gauge (patterns usually recommend US8 or US9)

You may register online, visit the store, or call (856) 428-0110 to book and reserve your spots.  If in-person registration and payment is preferred, please complete all registrations and payments for the class and materials no later than 1-hour prior to any class.

If you'd like to keep up with future class announcements, and other projects in general, feel free to like my page on Facebook or follow me on Instagram.
