Inspiration Sunday

I have many dreams. One of them is to be a source of inspiration for others. Through this blog, I hope to do that.

It brings me great happiness to learn that a fellow author was inspired to continue working on a story by a picture she found on this blog. Please pay a visit to Marie Gilbert's blog, Gilbert's Curiosities, to see how she's used one of my prompts for her story, "Lilith's Escape." Oh, and don't let the "grandmother" tag scare you, she's one rockin', ghost-hunting lady!

And now, on with today's picture:

This prompt is yours to draw inspiration from. If you use it, and decide to post the resulting piece on your blog, or other online forum that hosts your writing, let me know in the comments section.  I'll make sure to drop by and share my thoughts.

  1. Oooo. I like this one. This is something that could lead in so many directions. This would be a fun prompt to tackle.

I wish I had the time to dig in!

    1. Thanks, Jennifer. Try them anytime when you feel like you need a change of pace for a bit. Sometimes I think of them as palate cleansers, just to keep my writing brain going.

  2. Thank you Mieke, for this great review. That one picture from your Inspiration Sunday did the trick, and the story took over. I'm having the best time with this and have added other pictures with each part of Lilith's Escape. Hope to see you at our next meeting.
