Inspiration Sunday

One of my dream destinations is London.  If we ever had the opportunity, I would love to live there for a while.  Anyone know which tube station this is?

This prompt is yours to draw inspiration from. If you use it, and decide to post the resulting piece on your blog, or other online forum that hosts your writing, let me know in the comments section.  I'll make sure to drop by and share my thoughts.

  1. Oooh! I LOVE London! Have you read Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman? It's set BENEATH the city in a fictional place called London Below. The Tube plays a big part in the book :)

  2. Hi Sam! Not yet. I'm still going through my 40x40 list. Thank goodness, The Graveyard Book was on it, or I'd have to wait to discover his brilliance. I can't wait.

    Thanks Sam!

  3. Thanks so much for stopping by my blog!

Oooh I like Sam's suggestions. I actually didn't care for London the last time I went to visit a friend, though I dropped way too much money in Camdentown buying "punk" clothes lol. I found it dirty and pushy. But I did enjoy my trip - saw the Boy George musical while I was there.

  5. On a family trip two years ago we had a couple hours layover at Heathrow, and that was all it took for my kids to dream big of spending time in London. (The Harry Potter phenomenon may have something to do with it, too.) (Okay, for me, too!) (Besides the face that I'd love to hang out with Talli Roland, split a bottle of vino and talk writing!) Anyhow, I hope you get there one day, too!

Thanks for the visit to my blog!! Great hearing from you :))
